Johan Koornhof is the founder and MD of Grincourt Consulting. Johan is a business and management consultant with his core focus being strategic relationships. Johan has extensive and varied business experience in many industries including medical, finance, government, construction, IT, retail and manufacturing. Johan has successfully worked with leading organisations in South Africa, UK and Europe. Johan has built relationships and empowered people at all levels to include CEO’s, government ministers, management and labourers.
Johan Koornhof holds a BA Psychology degree from the University of Stellenbosch, a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and numerous certified accreditations within Human Resources which he achieved in Europe. Johan studied Life Coaching through CCI after years of business experience. He also qualified himself and enrolled two companies in Great Britain within the Investors in People program, a recognized international accreditation.
Johan Koornhof is passionate about people's greatness and helping them to gain personal freedom and power.
